My studio was custom designed to be the best possible place for me to share my expertise with my awesome clients. I wanted to create a fun, inviting, safe, and empowering environment to hone our best selves and have the most connected and rewarding experience. Whether our goal is strength, mobility, pain management, or performance we must always remember that the journey should be enjoyable and always feel good.

No. This is something that can be determined amid consultation or organically evolve throughout the training process.

Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Personal Check, Credit Cards. Note that payment must be submitted prior to the scheduled lesson.

Yes. There is a private changing room and bathroom connected to the studio space exclusively for clients. Showers are not provided. If you prefer water throughout your workout it is suggested that you bring your own drinking water.

No. This is completely private studio that is not shared by other trainers or instructors. A class or small group lesson would be the only reason to see others in the studio.

Not at this time. It is easier to directly communicate with me as I am the sole proprietor and operator of the studio.

Street parking is ALWAYS available directly in front of the studio entry.

I consider myself a mind-body outsider. Meaning, Pilates was not immediately intuitive to me and that perspective gives me teaching advantages with newcomers.

24 hours. That goes for all classes, privates lessons, and partner sessions. I seldom cancel or reschedule. However, if that were to occur, you will not be charged and rescheduling options will be provided.

No. Maintaining a regular schedule is advised. However, the package will not expire if there is any interruption or scheduling changes.

If you are sick, please stay home. Rescheduling or cancellation can be discussed in these special circumstances, but left to my sole discretion. In the event of an exposure to an illness or Covid, it is advised that we mask for that week's lesson.

Injury rehabilitation is traditionally one of my biggest strengths. 85% of pain is typically musculoskeletal and can be resolved with conventional strength and mobility techniques.

No. However, some clients have used HSA or FSA funds in the past. That is 100% up to the client to advocate for those services with their providers. I am happy to provide documentation if that is of assistance to you.
