I spent the first ten years of my personal training career attempting to master the craft of weight training, functional movement, and weight loss. I dedicated the following ten years to becoming a student of Pilates. I had the privilege of feeling how Pilates had changed my fitness, physicality, and flexibility and immediately knew I had to find a way to share this with my clients. In short time, I was getting more progress with my clients in one month than I had previously gotten in one year. I currently use Pilates movement principles (ideas that make connected and clean movement accessible) as a guiding force for all training. I do not force clients into Pilates or traditional resistance training…I invite them to enjoy an experience that challenges them in new and interesting ways, but empowers them to witness results like they've never felt before.
