I suffered with sacroiliac pain for several years before seeing Rich. I had tried chiropractic care, standard medical care, and self-prescribed plans to no avail. After 2 sessions with Rich, I had significant pain relief!!!! Rich was able to quickly diagnose the muscular problem which was the root of the problem. With a combination of deep massage, strengthening, and pelvic/core awareness, I was able to resume biking, running, and competition again. Rich is kind, patient, and detail-oriented. He possesses the best blend of knowledge: physical therapy, massage, cupping, breath work, strength training and pilates instruction. I have recommended him to multiple friends who have also experienced significant results. He has also been instrumental in helping my husband, an Ironman triathlete (3rd place at the World Championships 2022) with calf issues and staying healthy for competition. Cannot say enough good things about Rich!!
For over a decade, Rich has been my go-to trainer for all of everyday flexibility, core strength and, ultimately, athletic performance. When we first began working together, my body was a wreck of unhealed injuries, muscular imbalances and chronic pain. We’ve been working out with Rich for several years now - first in studio and now by Zoom. Our twice-weekly sessions have made a huge difference in our flexibility and stamina. It turns out that all those aches and pains don’t have to be a normal part of aging! We are very happy with what we’re able to accomplish with a minimum of equipment at home.
As someone who struggles to exercise consistently, I find Rich Bluma to be the perfect coach. He knows when to push and when to lay off, so I feel both motivated and taken care of. And I always learn a lot from him. Finally, Rich is just a cool human. Cannot recommend enough.
